The solution enables camel milk to be processed in a commercially sterile environment at room temperature, helping preserve its natural flavor, nutritional value, and quality while ensuring food safety and production efficiency. The project demonstrates how intelligent manufacturing and aseptic processing can support the future of specialty dairy production by combining product protection, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Zhongya’s Technology at Nature Service

Zhongya partnered with fresh-pressed coconut juice brand Powsun to develop an intelligent aseptic production solution focused on preserving freshness, flavor, and nutritional value. By combining high-speed Blow-Fill-Cap (BFC) technology with sterile cold-filling processes, the system allows coconut beverages to be processed at room temperature while avoiding excessive heat treatment and preservatives. The collaboration highlights how advanced filling technology and intelligent manufacturing can help beverage brands deliver fresher, high-quality products at large production scale.
