Nanguo Dairy has started production on a new PET line supplied by Zhongya for its 4.0 Jersey Pure Milk and buffalo milk yoghurt drinks. The project uses Zhongya’s dry aseptic blowing-filling-capping technology to integrate preform treatment, bottle blowing, filling and capping within a controlled aseptic environment.
Designed for premium dairy products
Nanguo Dairy’s 4.0 Jersey Pure Milk contains 4.0 g of protein per 100 g, placing high demands on process hygiene, filling accuracy and product stability. The integrated line is designed to reduce contamination risks by keeping the main production stages within a closed and controlled environment. Bringing bottle production and filling together in one system also helps maintain consistent process conditions throughout production.
Multiple products on a single line
The line handles two different products and formats:
- 990 g PET bottles for 4.0 Jersey Pure Milk
- 200 mL PET bottles for buffalo milk yoghurt drinks
Pure milk and yoghurt drinks have different processing requirements, including viscosity, acidity and filling conditions. The bottle formats also vary significantly in size. Zhongya’s modular system and intelligent controls allow Nanguo Dairy to manage these differences on the same production line. Efficient format changeovers make it possible to switch between products while limiting production downtime.
Greater flexibility for changing demand
Using one line for multiple products gives Nanguo Dairy more flexibility when planning production. Output can be adjusted according to demand without dedicating separate equipment to each bottle format or product category. This approach helps manufacturers make better use of their production capacity, expand their product portfolio and respond more quickly to changing market requirements. The project provides Nanguo Dairy with an integrated PET production solution combining aseptic processing, format flexibility and efficient operation. It also represents a further application of Zhongya’s dry aseptic blowing-filling-capping technology in the dairy sector.
