As part of its ongoing commitment to operational excellence, Zhongya recently hosted a two-day training program focused on practical project management and cross-functional collaboration. The workshop brought together employees from several departments, including Project Management, R&D, Production Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, and After-Sales Service. The objective was to strengthen project execution capabilities, improve collaboration across teams, and support the consistent delivery of high-quality customer projects.
The training was led by Wang Kun, one of the contributors to China’s national project management guidelines. Designed around real business scenarios, the program explored key topics such as project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end project delivery. Through a combination of interactive workshops, team exercises, and practical simulations, participants gained hands-on experience with widely used project management tools, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Kanban boards, and risk assessment frameworks.
The sessions encouraged active discussion and knowledge sharing, allowing employees from different functions to exchange perspectives and develop practical solutions to common project challenges. By continuing to invest in professional development and project management best practices, Zhongya aims to further enhance collaboration, execution efficiency, and customer satisfaction across its operations.
