The objective was to strengthen project execution capabilities, improve collaboration across teams, and support the consistent delivery of high-quality customer projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The training was led by Wang Kun, one of the contributors to China&#8217;s national project management guidelines.
