To support this goal, Zhongya partnered with Powsun, a leading fresh-pressed coconut juice brand, to develop an aseptic intelligent production solution designed around speed, product protection, and freshness retention.

Powsun’s production philosophy — “harvested within 7 days, fresh-pressed within 3 hours” — requires extremely efficient processing and precise production control. To help deliver this standard consistently, Zhongya customized a high-speed aseptic production line integrating Blow-Fill-Cap (BFC) technology and sterile cold-filling processes.

The solution allows coconut juice and coconut water to be processed and filled at room temperature, helping preserve the product’s natural flavor, nutritional properties, and fresh taste profile while avoiding the need for preservatives or excessive heat treatment.

Beyond production efficiency, the project reflects a close collaboration between brand vision and manufacturing technology. While Powsun focuses on raw material quality and product positioning, Zhongya supports the process with intelligent manufacturing, aseptic technology, and precise quality control systems.
